The San Diego Museum of Art Celebrates 29th Annual Art Alive

Floral interpretations of famous works of art on view April 30-May 2

San Diego, Calif. – More than 100 floral designers will transform famous works of art from The San Diego Museum of Art’s permanent collection into exquisite floral interpretations for the Museum’s 29th annual Art Alive exhibition.

As the Museum’s signature fundraiser and a San Diego tradition, Art Alive 2010 includes vibrant displays of color, texture and shape, resulting in a not-to-be-missed experience of fun, flowers and fantastic art. This year’s exhibition and activities will be open to the public Friday, April 30 to Sunday, May 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
