Nassau County Museum of Art (NCMA) Announces Museum Ball 2010

. May 7, 2010

2010 MUSEUM BALL Friday, June 11 at 7 pm At Okeha Castle

Widely regarded as among the most glittering events of the North Shore social season, Nassau County Museum of Art’s (NCMA) 2010 Museum Ball, Once Upon A Time, will be held on Friday, June 11 at 7 pm. For the first time ever, the Museum Ball will be held off site, at the fabled Oheka Castle, once the home of the financier Otto Kahn.

The elegant Ball is the museum’s major annual fundraiser. It provides an important component of the museum’s operating budget and significant support for NCMA’s ambitious schedule of exhibitions and stimulating educational programs for adults, students and families.
Through the courtesy of Great Neck Jaguar, the museum is offering a limited number of raffles for a two-year lease on a 2010 Jaguar XF. Only 500 raffles will be available for sale, at $100 each or six for $500. The drawing will be held at the Museum Ball but the winner need not be present to win. To purchase raffles, call the museum’s development department at (516) 484-9338, ext. 16.
