The Phippen Museum presents Working the West: Selections from the Phippen Collection, open November 6, 2010 to February 20, 2011. Preview and reception, November 5, 2010.

A celebration of the working cowboy as seen through the eyes of renowned Western artists who captured this vanishing way of life on the ranches of the American West.

The Phippen Museum is a Center for American Western Art. It’s Mission is to preserve and exhibit museum quality Western art and educate the public about the unique heritage, history, legends and influence of art of the American West.
