On Wednesday, January 12, the Museum is hosting its first-ever Tweetup, which will be all about the brain. Seventy-five followers of @AMNH will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition Brain: The Inside Story after hours and chat with curators and scientists. Beer, wine, and snacks will also be served.
Drawing on 21st-century research and technology, Brain: The Inside Story presents a new perspective on the brain. Dozens of interactive puzzles and games allow visitors to explore how the brain processes language, organizes the visual world, stores memories, and much more. The exhibition also presents the latest in neuroscience research and showcases new technologies that are used to study the brain and develop treatments for diseases.
