ArtScience Museum to Open in Singapore

A new ArtScience Museum is set to open in Singapore on on Feb 17, 2011.

The lotus-shaped Museum building designed by architect Moshe Safdie at Marina Bay Sands will feature 21 gallery spaces totaling 50,000 square feet (6,000 square meters) and will deliver exhibits from art and science, media and technology, to design and architecture.

Marina Bay Sands® is Asia’s leading destination for business, leisure and entertainment delivering once-in-alifetime experiences. The landmark building is situated in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District and transforms Singapore’s skyline and the country’s tourism landscape.
