January 18, 2011 – 3:40 pmNo Comment

The Sloan Museum in Flint presents CSI: Crime Scene Insects on view January 29, 2011 – May 8, 2011.

CSI: Crime Scene Insects explores one of the most fascinating areas of criminal investigation – forensic entomology. This exhibit uses hands-on learning stations, examples of real field and lab equipment and intriguing case studies. See real crime scene insects and find out how they help investigators solve real crimes. Through mock investigations and with the help of insects you can test your skills in solving crimes. Suitable for children 8 years and older. Made possible by Mott Community College, Lush Lawns, Genesee Intermediate School District, Cars108, WNEM TV5 and Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.

Regional history, historic automobiles and hands-on science are major features of the Sloan Museum.
