Glasmuseum Hentrich Glass Collection at Museum Kunst Palast

April 25, 2011 – 11:07 amOne Comment

The Glasmuseum Hentrich is part of the museum kunst palast.

One of the most comprehensive glass collections in Europe illustrates the wide and complete range of the development of glass art from luxury glass of the pre-Roman period to contemporary studio glass. The systematic development of a department structured on viewpoints inherent to the history of art and culture began in 1936. Since 1963 the holdings have been enriched by the extensive collection of Helmut Hentrich.

The museum kunst palast is situated in the centre of Dusseldorf, capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, on the banks of the Rhine,
5 minutes away from Königsallee, easy to reach by car and public transport.

We are looking to contact one of your curators regarding our current glass exhibition to see if they would be interested in exhibiting our show. Please could you let us know the name and email address of the curator who we would be best to approach regarding this.
