The Norton Museum of Art presents Recent Acquisitions: Photography in an exhibition on view through Jan. 1, 2012.
During the past year, the Museum was fortunate to acquire through gift and purchase significant works by a younger generation of photographers with fresh insight into the use of the camera. Their photographs run the gamut of making us see the fascinating in the mundane and quotidian to creating a sense of magic, mystery, and fantasy with their work. In their unique ways, each photographer asks us to take a second look at what we might normally take for granted.
