Inevitable meeting in the alternative cultural scene between the currents of pop culture and popular forms of modern and contemporary art such as art brut and art singular. Our company is a “world culture” in which pictorial art is no exception. Today, the spirit of street and popular institutions everywhere and wins. In the spirit of the journal HEY!, The exhibition is over and the resonance of this urban art, pop and outsider.
They divert the foundation of a technological civilization they represent the openings allowed for artistic creation and the free invention, or they maintain the closest possible weak with every kind of media or cultural environment, the sixty artists in the exhibition have in common to challenge the hierarchical boundaries that separate the great art of popular culture.
Their genealogies and their cultural cousins in this exhibition give the appearance of a cabinet of curiosities of the XXI century. Representatives of the iconic pop culture or heirs of the most unique art, art brut, they are pollen free of cultural creation.
