Franklin Institute to host the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Science Festival

The Franklin Institute is organizing the 2nd Annual Philadelphia Science Festival, which will take place April 20-29. This ten-day community-wide celebration of science will include an outdoor science carnival, lectures, debates, hands-on activities, and a variety of other science education experiences for Philadelphians of all ages.

Highlights:

Science Carnival on the Parkway
Saturday, April 21 – 11:00AM-4:00PM
The Festival kicks off with an enormous outdoor carnival around Logan Circle on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Science comes to life through hands-on interactive, exhibits, live performances and demonstrations.

Science Night at the Ballpark
Saturday, April 28 – 7:05PM
Science and baseball, together on a Saturday night!
