Focus Tours feature landscape, contemporary art, and architectural history
The Glass House launches its 2012 tour season on Wednesday, May 2, offering seven different ways for visitors to experience the site. Tour tickets, ranging in price from $30 to $250, are available for purchase online or via phone at 866-811-4111.

The 2012 tour season runs from May 2 to November 30 (closed Tuesdays). Tours include:
Pure Glass House Tour: 1-hour guided tour ($30 per person)
The tour visits only Philip Johnson’s iconic Glass House (1949).
Site Tour: 2-hour guided tour ($45 pp)
Explore the interiors of the Glass House, Painting Gallery (1965), Sculpture Gallery (1970), and
Da Monsta (1995)
Glass House Focus Tours: Art, Architecture or Landscape: 2-hour guided tour ($45 pp)
Focus Tours are tailored for guests interested in learning more about a key element of the site or for those looking to see the Glass House through a new perspective.
Extended Tour: 2.5 hour guided tour ($100 pp)
Extended Tour offers increased access to the site including a visit to Johnson’s Library/Study (1985) housing his private collection of architectural literature and special access to the art collection in the Painting Gallery
Conversations in Context: 2.5 hour evening tour + reception ($150 pp); select Thursdays
