National Atomic Testing Museum to Host Distinguished Lecture by Dr. John Alexander on May 17

The National Atomic Testing Museum is hosting a Distinguished Lecture by Dr. John Alexander on May 17, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.Dr. Alexander will speak on UFOs: Myths and Realities.

Dr. John Alexander has been a leading advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons. In addition to many military awards for valor and service, Aviation Week & Space Technology selected him as a 1993 Aerospace Laureate and in 1997 inducted him into their Hall of Fame at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington. Currently he is a private consultant, and a Senior Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University. During the 1980s, Alexander organized an interagency group to explore the evidence, with participants from the military, CIA, and aerospace industry examining classic cases, determining that UFOs, while real, are beyond current comprehension.

His books include, The Warrior’s Edge, Wm. Morrow, (1990) Future War, with foreword by Tom Clancy, St. Martin’s Press (1999), and the sequel, Winning the War, published August 2003. His latest book, UFOs: Myths Conspiracies and Realities was released in February 2011.
