Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum announces Hauntings at the Hangar

. September 11, 2012 . 0 Comments

Wings Over the Rockies will transform into a fun and spooky Haunted Hangar just in time for Halloween.

Kids can stop by the Ooey Gooey room for some slimy fun and pose for a photo with their favorite Star Wars or sci-fi character.

Families will see the Ghost Busters Car or Scooby Doo Mystery Machine from Colorado Movie Cars and visit other activities including climbing in the cockpit of historic airplanes and watching robot demonstrations and liquid nitrogen experiments, along with many other interactive options— all while filling up goody bags with candy.

The very popular Haunted Hangar parade gives children the chance to show off their costume.

Price of admission is $11.00 for adults, $6.00 for children (under 4 are free) and $9.00 for seniors, active military and veterans. All Activities are included with Museum admission and Museum Members are free. Details subject to change.

Located at the Historic Lowry Air Force Base Hangar No. 1 near Alameda and Quebec.

Thanks to our sponsors: KOSI 101, 5280 Magazine and Hammond’s Candies.
