The program of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), 2013 focuses on the cross and the representation of the contemporary means of exhibitions, but also through public programs, the Independent Study Program (IEP ) and educational services, which have become tools of the program facilitators. MACBA collections and international co-productions are placed in the center of the exhibition program. Continuing acquisitions MACBA Foundation, the agreement of the union of collections of “la Caixa” and the substantial enrichment of contemporary heritage held in 2012, with deposits as important as The Xavier Miserachs Brossa and Art & Language, helped redesign strategy research, presentation and dissemination of art and ideas of our time. The museum’s program for the year 2013 is the result of the organic relationship between research, collections, heritage, contemporary, exhibitions, and educational programs and pubic Independent Study Program. – www.macba.cat
