Museum Offers Exclusive Dinner Party with Astronaut

Seven-time astronaut Jerry Ross honored guest at reception and dinner March 1

SEATTLE, – On March 1 the Museum will host a unique reception and dinner based upon a dinner party for Queen Elizabeth II at the NASA Johnson Space Center in 1991.

The NASA dinner was held next to the agency’s Space Shuttle Trainer, which is now a part of the Museum’s collection. The Museum event will be held next to the Trainer with special guest and seven-time space shuttle astronaut Jerry Ross. Ross is one of the experienced astronauts in history, whose career spanned the entire space shuttle program.

The dinner with astronaut Jerry Ross includes a no-host bar reception at 5:30 p.m., and dinner at 6:30 p.m. catered by McCormick & Schmick’s. Attendees will also receive a signed copy of Ross’ new book, “Spacewalker.” Price is $135 non-Museum members/ $115 members. Tickets are available through museumtix.com.
