Spend your summer building your own light saber, digging for fossils or making silly putty

Museum Camps at Cincinnati Museum Center on sale now

CINCINNATI – Get out your calendars and start planning your summer. Cincinnati Museum Center’s Museum Camps are now on sale. Kids from grades 2 through 9 can explore science, technology, history and the arts through creative, hands-on activities and games all summer long. You can even sign up for Spring Break Museum Camp for week of learning and fun from March 30 to April 3. Before and after care is also available.

From mummies to super heroes, light sabers to laboratories, Museum Camps have something for everyone. Spend the summer exercising your brain and stretching your imagination in these weeklong camps. Build a fort, make your own silly putty and study the sticky feet of geckos. Bring fiction to life by making your very own light saber, competing in a Quidditch match, battling monsters from Greek mythology and exploring real life super powers. Think (and go) outside the building as you camp under the stars at the Edge of Appalachia Nature Preserve, take a tour of the collections at the Geier Collections & Research Center or visit the Cincinnati Nature Center to dig for fossils. Cincinnati Museum Center is the only place big enough to fit this much learning and fun into one summer.

Get a taste of Museum Camps over Spring Break and come back June for even more fun.
