Free Friday Fire Engine Fun For Kids June 30 at the Museum of Flight

SEATTLE – It’s free fire engine fun on Friday, June 30, as the King County Fire and Life Safety Association hosts the annual Kids Safety Day at the Museum. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. children will have the opportunity to climb aboard fire engines, talk with firefighters and check out some of that cool gear the rescuers wear on land and sea. They can even learn some safety skills through fun activities.

Children ages 5-18 who participate in Kids Safety day are also eligible to join Connections, the Museum’s membership program designed to make it easier for students throughout the region and state to learn about and take advantage of STEM opportunities. Look for the Connections tent under the Lockheed Constellation airliner in front of the Museum (weather permitting).
