Overton, Nev. – The Lost City Museum is proud to present the exhibit “Right Time, Right Place” featuring the photography of artist Thomas Cunningham on display through August 29, 2010.
“Cunningham’s photography captures the surprising and unique scenery that surrounds us,” said museum attendant Jesse Davie. “The show features photographs of many diverse types of plants and animals as well as geologic and panoramic vistas.”

Cunningham had an interest in art from a young age. His Native American heritage and love of nature led him down many different artistic paths, including a passion for Native American beadwork. He has always used photography as a means of capturing beautiful things seen in daily life.
Samples of his work will be available to view at the museum during the month of August. These hot days of summer are the perfect time to get out of the heat and see the photography on display.
“I hope others enjoy these images as much as I do and that they get others to start noticing the beauty that can be seen if we stop to smell the roses once in awhile,” said Cunningham.
The Lost City Museum is open Thursday Through Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Regular admission charge is $5.00 for adults, Children under 18 and members enter free. The Lost City Museum is one of seven museums managed by the State Division of Museums and History, an agency of the Nevada Department of Cultural Affairs.
