Bristol Museum and Art Gallery presents The Big Draw at Studio Upstairs on Saturday 9 October 11am-4pm.
The museum have teamed up with artists from Studio Upstairs to stage the Big Draw Family Day – an open drawing event for all ages inspired by the Flight Exhibition. Please note the event takes place at Studio Upstairs, near Spike Island, not at the museum.
This will include a series of workshops with Studio Upstairs Artists, continuing the successful collaboration from last year. The workshops will be based on the exhibition Flight- 100 Years of the Bristol Aeroplane Company on show at the museum between Saturday 18th September to Sunday 28th November.
During half term, there are two Big Draw days with Fred Blunt, the children’s book illustrator. Fred will get the whole family drawing so come and join him to bring dinosaurs, animals, characters in paintings and much more to life!
