The Stepping Stones Museum for Children is planned to re-open on Nov. 20. Now in the final phase of the museum’s expansion project which will provide more space, more learning and more fun.
Stepping Stones is launching the Count me in! Community Campaign in an effort to raise $2 million.
Reopening festivities will begin at 8 a.m. on Nov. 20. A VIP breakfast and ribbon cutting will follow. The museum will open to the public at 10 a.m.

Traveling Workshops have talented museum educators bring hands-on, problem-solving workshops directly to you.
Travel Trunks Rent a travel trunk to complement your students’ learning through interactive lesson plans and unique materials that you can use in your classroom.
Traveling Mini Exhibits Conservation Quest is a small, portable exhibit promoting energy conservation. Vibrant pull-up banners, portable hands-on exhibits and play-filled activities allow students to learn about clean energy, light bulbs, recycling and more.
Planned opening hours will be seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Stepping Stones Museum for Children, named one of America’s Top 50 Children’s Museums, features interactive exhibits, educational programs and fun for the whole family. With four main galleries, a toddlers-only gallery and more than 100 hands-on activities, Stepping Stones offers children ages ten and under plenty to explore and discover.
