His Excellency, the Former General Secretary of the UN, Kofi Annan, visited the Museum of Islamic Art on Tuesday 1st March 2011 as part of his state visit to Qatar. His Excellency toured the exhibition galleries and expressed his delight at the objects on display as well as the beautiful Islamic architecture of the building.
