The Roanoke Canal Museum & Trail announces “The Roanoke Valley in the 1960s” 3-Day Event. The Roanoke Valley in the 1960s is a 3-day event explaining how the wild, revolutionary 1960s affected small-town America like the Roanoke Valley.
Thursday, May 12 – Exhibition Opening (tickets are limited)
Friday, May 13 – Documentary Premiere
Saturday, May 14 – Relive the 1960s: One Night Only Concert
Advance sales (limited to members of the Friends of the Canal organization) will begin on Friday, February 11 at 10:00am for all tickets mentioned below:
All-access passes that will get you into all the events for 3 days will be on sale to the general public on Tuesday, March 1 at 10:00am for $10 each. You can also purchase tickets for each event in advance for $5 per person per event. Friends of the Canal members will have just over two weeks prior to the general public on-sale date to reserve their tickets. Call (252) 537-2769 and ask how you can join now.
