Guggenheim Museum Presents Ten Years of Terror: Film Reflecting on 9/11

The Guggenheim Museum presents Ten Years of Terror: Film Reflecting on 9/11, screenings September 9, 12, and 13, 11 am.

In recognition of the ten year anniversary of September 11th, Ten Years of Terror examines the theoretical, empirical, and aesthetic dimensions of violence and the ensuing state of terror it produces. This series of reflections by key canonical thinkers such as Saskia Sassen, Michael Hardt, Noam Chomsky, Zygmunt Bauman, and others closely examines the enactment and ramifications of violence in our modern times. Film directors Brad Evans and Simon Critchley will be available for questions following each screening.
