Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft Celebrates 30 Years

2011 marks the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft’s (KMAC) 30th anniversary, and to celebrate the museum traditional Bourbon Ball into a Bourbon Bash! On Saturday, October 1, from 7 p.m. until midnight, with an evening of trunk shows and demos by 30 of Kentucky’s finest craft artists; an array of Bourbon tastings and hors d’oeuvres; a Kentucky farm-to-table dinner; exciting live auction items, and a post-dinner concert featuring a special guest performer!

The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 to promote and support art and craft excellence in Kentucky. In 2011, KMAC celebrated 30 years of supporting artists and providing exhibition and educational programs. The Museum is supported in part by the Fund for the Arts and Kentucky Arts Council, a state agency in the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet.
