The Washington County Museum of Fine Arts is hosting a Halloween festival on Oct 22, 2011 at 10.00am.
Children can begin this fun-filled, non-scary day by participating in various Halloween art projects and enjoying seasonal treats and refreshments. Become a ghost, Frankenstein or a pumpkin with a visit to one of our face painters. A magic show will begin at 1 p.m. with Magician Peter Wood. With the help of the audience, he will make the impossible happen. Performing magic since the age of 5, he started Shazam Magic in 1994. Tickets go on sale September 1 or they can be purchased at the door. Sponsored in part by Howard & Anne Kaylor, this program is appropriate for children of all ages. Tickets are $5 per person or $15 per family. www.wcmfa.org
