“A Night at the Museum: Circus Spectacular” will take place on Friday, Nov 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. This fundraising event will be a fantastic grown-up evening of play, and all proceeds will support the Museum’s mission of enriching our children’s lives through the exploration of science and technology.
During the event, the Museum will be transformed into a magnificent circus, inviting patrons in playground-chic attire to travel down the midway, filled with circus performances and carnival games. Guests will savor circus-inspired cuisine at stations throughout the Museum, and they’ll even get to enjoy an adult twist on the classic sno-cone!
Adults of all ages are invited to embrace their inner child as they experience the magic, mystery, laughter and thrills under the Terre Haute Children’s Museum Big Top. Hold your breath as you watch an aerial artist, magician and juggler perform incredible feats, and enjoy the power of laughter during performances by Pat Kelly, son of the great circus clown Emmett Kelly Sr. Emmett Kelly Sr. created the memorable clown figure “Weary Willie” based on the hobos of the Depression era, and Pat Kelly has been carrying on his father’s legacy with his own clown act for more than 50 years.
Tickets for the event are $100 per person and will include food, entertainment and automatic entry into drawings for a variety of door prizes! Only 500 tickets will be available for this exclusive event!
