The Canadian Museum of Civilization celebrates Culture Days Behind the Scenes on Sunday, September 29 with a rare behind-the-scenes look at some of the treasured artifacts in the National Collection, including an Igloolik flying bear sculpture, ca. 500 AD, the handcuffs used in the arrest of Louis Riel in 1885 and an Olympic torch from the 1976 games in Montréal. With the help of two Museum historians and a conservator, get up close and personal with many iconic objects of our collective past.
