Buffalo Museum of Science announces Science of Food Weekends

The Buffalo Museum of Science presents Science of Food Weekends, celebrating the harvest season!

Experience the biology of what makes food taste bitter, sweet and delicious. Enjoy tasty “Delicacies” from other parts of the world. Learn how food influences culture and what’s really in that potato chip.

Activities run from 10:30am-3:30pm (unless noted otherwise below) on Nov. 23, 24, 29, 30 & Dec. 1 and are included with general museum admission and free for BMS Members.
