Marres, House for Contemporary Culture present Winter Anti Depression Show open January 18–March 23, 2014.

Feeling weakly, tired, overwrought and unsocial? You are the perfect visitor for The Winter Anti Depression Show. The show features a series of therapeutic rooms, planned and executed by artists and designers to boost the senses. Accompanied by gentle hosts, visitors walk over ribbed floors, feel summer flowers, let the sun caress their skin, compose landscapes, relax with St John’s wort tea, and improve their condition through motion play. With designer Chris Kabel, food designer Katja Gruijters, set developer Ludmila Rodrigues, sound artist/composer Kaffe Matthews, ‘Pioneers of Play’ FourceLabs, fragrance designer Alessandro Gualtieri, and artists Lisa Pacini and Christine Istad.
