Come experience and explore the cutting-edge technology of robotics at Wings Over the Rockies.
Robots in today’s society are doing great things—things that humans can’t do, such as:
• Exploring planets and capturing rare images of the solar system
• Performing high-risk and precise surgeries
• Fighting fires by precisely targeting water hoses and moving debris to keep firefighters out of danger
Wings Over the Rockies invites the community to experience this thriving, cutting-edge field. Meet roboticists, inventors, and robot enthusiasts, and observe real robots.
Local robotic-related companies will be on site at the Museum to increase awareness of their services and products—including FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), BEST (Boosting Engineering Science and Technology), Computer Explorers, the SHARC (Smoky Hill Area Robotics Club) Colorado Robotics and Robot Magazine.
All activities are included with Museum general admission.
Located at the Historic Lowry Air Force Base Hangar No. 1 near Alameda and Quebec.
