SEATTLE – On Nov. 5 The Museum of Flight will be the happiest place in Seattle with Swingin’ Soirée, a 21+ dress-up party celebrating its Walt Disney Studios and World War II exhibit and the mood of the mouse. The 6-10 p.m. event in the Museum’s Great Gallery will feature live period and movie music by Northwest Swing, a cocktail hour with exclusive access to the Walt Disney Studios and World War II exhibition, a themed menu catered by McCormick and Schmick’s, plus surprising treats and activities. The emcee will be Don Morin, leader of Pacific Northwest Mouse Meet™, the premier unofficial Disney® Fan event in America.
Any refined attire is encouraged from vintage-inspired classics to chic, contemporary looks. Active and retired military are encouraged to wear their dress blues or service uniforms.
Tickets $125/General, $120/Museum Member, and include a drink ticket, dinner and hors d’oeuvres, exclusive access to The Walt Disney Studios and World War II exhibition and a commemorative pin. Additional alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. An assortment of soft drinks and water are included with each ticket.
