Ian Dejardin, Director of Dulwich Picture Gallery, said: “We are proud and delighted to be able to announce our plans for this landmark birthday with the extraordinary support of the world’s great museums and collections, our dedicated patrons and benefactors, and the community that we serve. With the announcement today of the appointment of our new Chief Curator, Dr. Xavier Bray, joining us from the National Gallery, and the promise of opening up the collection for the global community through the power of digital technology, Dulwich Picture Gallery is set to make another step forward as we enter the third century of our existence.”
