The Thunderbirds, who perform precision maneuvers designed to showcase the capabilities of modern high-performance aircraft and the professional qualities of those who fly, maintain and support them, will be among the featured performers at the Dayton Air Show, July 23-24.

A typical Thunderbirds air demonstration consists of six aircraft, performing formation flying and solo routines in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. The Thunderbirds perform in approximately 70 shows each year in 35 different locations every weekend from March through November.
