On Tuesday, June 12 beginning at 7pm, the public is invited to an evening of live music along the waterfront campus of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in St. Michaels, MD. The 28-member, 229th Maryland Army National Guard Band will perform a selection of patriotic music spanning a number of eras and genres from the museum’s historic Tolchester Beach Bandstand.
The concert is free and open to the public, with guests encouraged to bring chairs and blankets, along with any food or beverages they may want to enjoy. Museum members will be served refreshments at a special VIP hospitality area during the concert.
Based in Parkville, MD, the 229th Maryland Army National Guard Band serves the Adjutant General, the Maryland Army National Guard and the citizens of Maryland by performing patriotic music throughout the year.
