Items from theScott Museum in Arkansas City are up for auction on July 21st & 22nd at Ball Auction Service.
Otis Scott started collecting in 1951 & took off from there. To share his collection, he opened Scott’s Museum & continued to add pieces until his passing. With approx.. 1,200 lots, there is something for everyone and every level of collecting, from box lots to a rare horse drawn hearse.
Location: 907 North F Street. From the intersection of US 77 and US 77 bypass on the south end of Arkansas City, take the 77 Bypass north 1.5 miles to Chestnut Ave., then go west on Chestnut 1/10th mile to Mill Road (“F” Street) , then north 3/4 mile on Mill Road (“F” Street) to sale site. Watch for signs.
