CINCINNATI – Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) is asking you to ditch the typical dinner and a movie for a night at the museum. The museum is offering special evening hours on select Fridays through April, keeping its OMNIMAX® Theater and The Science Behind Pixar exhibition open late. Your first chance to spend a night at the museum is Friday, February 4.
Whether you’re looking for a fresh take on date night, gathering for happy hour or kick starting your weekend, a night at the museum is your ticket for a memorable experience. Reconnect with friends around some of your favorite characters, let the OMNIMAX® Theater take you and that special someone around the world or share a drink in the Art Deco splendor of Union Terminal’s grand Rotunda. On select dates, last entry to The Science Behind Pixar exhibition and last showtime for the OMNIMAX® Theater is extended to 8 p.m., making some of the museum’s most immersive experiences work on your schedule. Limited food and drink options, including beer and wine, will also be available. CMC’s permanent galleries will still close at 5 p.m.
