Hudson Highlands Nature Museum Dazzling Dragonflies

The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall announces Dazzling Dragonflies on Saturday, July 23 at the Outdoor Discovery Center 9am and 11am.

“Join museum staff for this popular annual program. Learn about dragonflies and damselflies including anatomy, life cycle, feeding habits and species identification through an illustrated presentation. Then walk the fields to net and identify these jewels of the wetlands and meadows before releasing them back to their habitat.”

Admission: $7 adults, $5 children Members: $5 adults, $3 children.

The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum operates two facilities, 1½ miles apart, and also offers programs at schools and other locations throughout the region. The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum is a private non-profit institution dedicated to the natural and the cultural history of the Hudson Highlands.
