Once-in-a-lifetime exhibition of more than 600 priceless artifacts from Israel of closes April 14
CINCINNATI – If you haven’t had the opportunity to see Dead Sea Scrolls: Life and Faith in Ancient Times at Cincinnati Museum Center, your time is quickly running out. The blockbuster exhibition bringing to life more than 2,000 years of history closes April 14; and when it does, it’s not coming back.
We’ll transport you back in time as you walk from the Biblical to Byzantine Period in Israel, experiencing what daily life was like through artifacts including religious articles, weapons of war, stone carvings, textiles and jewelry. You’ll be amazed as you stand around the 25-foot-diameter Communal Scroll Table, which displays and protects the priceless Dead Sea Scrolls. Considered among the world’s greatest archaeological discoveries, the scrolls contain the oldest known copies of the Hebrew Bible.

Dead Sea Scrolls is open daily at 10 a.m. Last entry on Monday through Thursday is 5 p.m. and Sunday at 6 p.m. Non-member tickets are $23 for adults and $15 for children. Seniors ages 60+ are $20. Tickets are $15 for Museum Center member adults and $10 for member children ages 3 – 12.
